Indian Association of Pathologists and Microbiologists<\/strong> Kerala chapter was founded in 1978<\/strong>. The first Kerala chapter meeting was conducted in the Department of Pathology, Medical College Thiruvananthapuram<\/em>. We are conducting two meeting each year regularly.<\/p>\n

    Name <\/mark><\/strong>: Indian Association of Pathologists and Microbiologists \u2013 Kerala Chapter.<\/p>\n\n

    Objectives <\/mark><\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n

      \n
    1. Advancement of Knowledge of Disease.<\/li>\n\n
    2. To facilitate communication amongst Pathologists, Microbiologists and other Specialists in Kerala State.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

      Organisation and Management :
      <\/mark><\/strong>The Association consists of ordinary members, associate members and honorary members. It is administered by the Chairman duly elected from the ordinary members. The Chairman shall be assisted by one representative from each Medical College, one from Private Pathologists and the Treasurer. Treasurer shall be a person from the same place as the chairman. The term of all office bearers is 2 years.<\/p>\n\n

      Membership :
      <\/mark><\/strong>1.Should be a member of the National IAPM
      2.Should be a specialist or specializing in Pathology
      3.Should be a practicing Pathologist in Kerala.<\/p>\n\n

      Meeting :
      <\/mark><\/strong>A minimum of 2 meetings per year.<\/p>\n\n

      Amendment of Rules :
